Who you are agreeing with

ADNIUS Marketing & Design is the trading name of an independent digital marketing practice operating from Caracas, Venezuela, working with clients across the United States, Latin America and Europe.

These terms govern your use of adnius.com and every page under it. Our Venezuelan site at adnius.com/ven is a separate installation with its own terms and its own pricing, set for that market.

By using this site you accept what follows. If you do not, the honest answer is that you should not use it.

What you can do here

Read anything. Share any link. Quote a sentence with attribution. Book a call, send an enquiry, subscribe to the newsletter, write to us on WhatsApp. None of that costs anything and none of it commits you to anything.

What we ask in return is straightforward: do not try to break the site, do not scrape it wholesale, do not use it to send automated traffic, and do not attempt to reach parts of it that are not public.

The work you see

Everything on this site is either ours or used with permission: the writing, the layouts, the illustrations, the code, the logo, and the case studies. Client logos and screenshots belong to those clients and appear here because they agreed to it.

The portfolio, including the folder linked from this site, is view only. Nothing there can be downloaded, copied, reproduced, adapted or presented as your own, for any purpose. Access to view is not a licence to use.

If you want to use something you saw here, ask. The answer is sometimes yes, and it costs nothing to find out.

Prices and what they cover

Published prices are real. When an offer on this site shows a figure, that figure is what the described package costs. We do not quote one number here and another one on the call.

What each offer includes is written in the offer itself. Anything beyond that scope gets quoted separately, before any work starts: extra pages, extra revisions, extra languages, integrations that were not part of the package, or a brief that grows after we agreed on it.

Prices are in United States dollars unless stated otherwise, and they can change over time. The price that applies to you is the one shown when we confirm the work in writing, not the one you saw six months earlier.

These terms cover the website. The work itself is governed by whatever we agree in writing for that specific project: scope, schedule, payment and delivery. If the two ever disagree, the project agreement wins.

What you send us

When you send us a brief, a file, a logo or any material, you are confirming that you have the right to send it and that we can use it to do the work you asked for.

We do not claim ownership of what you give us. It stays yours, we use it for your project, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the people working on it.

The blog does not accept comments and is not planned to. There is no user content on this site, so nothing you write here becomes public without you deciding it.

Links to other places

This site links out to client websites, social profiles, a booking tool and a file folder. Those are run by other people and we do not control what happens on them. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other end, and their terms apply once you get there, not ours.

What we promise, and what we do not

We keep the site running, accurate and current as best we can. What we cannot promise is that it will never be down, never have a typo, or work identically on every device ever made.

The information here is general. It describes what we do and what it costs; it is not advice tailored to your business. Decisions you make after reading it are yours.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of this site: lost profit, lost data, lost opportunity. For anything we are liable for, the limit is what you paid us for the work in question.

None of this limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including fraud.

Changes to these terms

When we change something, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and the version number goes up. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.

We are currently operating as an independent practice. When the business is formally incorporated, this page will be updated to name the company and its jurisdiction, and the date will change accordingly.

Disagreements

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where we operate, in Venezuela.

Before anything formal, write to info@adnius.com and tell us what went wrong. Most problems between a small agency and its clients are misunderstandings about scope, and they get solved in one honest conversation. We commit to replying within five business days and to trying, in good faith, to sort it out directly.

If that fails, either side is free to pursue whatever remedy the law provides. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
