Logo and Brand Manual
Your brand, built with reasoning from the first line.
A logo is not a nice drawing. It is the face of your business at every point of contact. We build brands from scratch, and we hand them over as something your team can actually use.
Half to start, half on approval. The brand is yours, in writing.
Most brand manuals die in an email.
They arrive as a PDF, someone saves it in a folder, and six months later nobody can find it.
The new designer picks a color that is almost right. The printer uses last year's file. Your Instagram stops looking like your storefront.
The work was fine. The delivery was the problem.
A living page, not a file.
Your brand arrives as a web page, hosted on your own site. Every color, every font, every logo version and every application, in one place your whole team can open.
- It is always current. Something changes, the page changes. No version 3 final final
- Your designer uses it. They open a link and copy the color code. They do not go hunting for an attachment from last March
- Everything downloads from it. Every file, one click away, stored in your own Google Drive
- It works on a phone. Because that is where your team will actually check it
We build it on our servers first. Once you approve it, we move it to your website.
Your wordmark starts from a typeface that already exists.
We choose it for your brand and then modify it: spacing, terminals, joints, proportions, whatever the mark needs. That is how almost every logo you recognize was made, and it is what makes a wordmark yours instead of something anyone can retype.
We do not draw letterforms from scratch. Not a full typeface, and not the handful of letters in your name either. Drawing type is a different craft, it takes months, and it belongs to a different budget. If that is what you are after, we will say so and point you to someone who does it.
The typefaces your brand uses everywhere else are existing ones too, chosen for you. Most are free. If the right one carries a license, you buy it and we tell you before delivery, never after. They are usually inexpensive.
Three ways in, depending on where you are.
Logo
You need a logo and nothing else yet. Three concepts, you pick one, and you get it in every format that exists.
Brand Manual
You already have a logo and everything around it is improvised. Eight sections, delivered as a living page.
Complete Brand
Nothing exists yet. New logo, full manual, built together as one thing.
$500. Seven to ten business days.
A brand questionnaire about tone, values, competitors and what you like. It gets written down, and it becomes the brief everything is measured against.
Each one with its symbol, its wordmark, its color variations, and the reasoning behind the decisions.
Delivered as a PDF: a cover, and the three concepts. One round of adjustments, sent in writing, in one go.
Every format for print and screen, in full color, black and white, inverted, horizontal and vertical, plus a favicon for your site and your profiles.
Every file, organized, plus a short PDF with the logo, the negative version, the typography and the colors. And a written confirmation that the rights are yours.
Three concepts. Not thirty.
Every concept comes with the reasoning behind it, tied back to the brief you filled out. That is on purpose. Design stops being a matter of taste and starts being a decision you can measure against what you told us you needed.
If none of the three lands, we do not start over with a fourth, a fifth and a tenth. We look at the brief again with you, because that is usually where the mismatch is.
Endless rounds do not produce a better logo. They produce a tired one.
Your brand stops improvising.
$1,700. Ten to fifteen business days after the logo is approved. Two rounds of adjustments. Delivered as a living page, not a PDF, hosted on your own site, with every file downloadable from it.
Purpose, vision, mission, values, brand personality, voice and tone, with practical examples.
Tagline, key messages, value proposition and how the brand writes on social.
Your logo with clear space, incorrect uses, construction, proportions and minimum sizes. Color palette in HEX, RGB, CMYK and Pantone. Primary and secondary typefaces.
Three to six base templates for Instagram: post, story, carousel, reel cover. Plus highlight covers and the general visual direction.
Business card, email signature, letterhead, and one print piece: flyer, menu, roll-up banner, whatever your business actually uses.
Print-ready files. You choose the printer.Mug, pen, notebook, and bag or packaging where it applies.
Polo and t-shirt with the logo in embroidery and print, with visual mockups.
More than ten realistic 3D mockups: storefront, desk, packaging and real scenarios.
This one builds on the logo you already have. No logo yet? Complete Brand is the one for you.

A construction company does not need packaging. We build what you will use. Anything beyond what the package includes gets quoted separately, and always before we make it.
New logo, full manual, one project.
Without the fine print.
Half to start, half on approval, before final files are handed over. The first half covers the creative work and is not refundable once the project starts.
Once the project is paid, you own full commercial rights to the logo and the manual, with a written confirmation. Files live in your own Google Drive.
If the final design uses a premium typeface, you buy that license. We tell you before delivery, never after.
More adjustments than the ones included get quoted separately. It keeps projects moving instead of dragging for months.
We build on the name you already have. If you are still deciding, we will help you think it through at no charge, but naming is not what these packages are.
Everything arrives as print-ready files. You choose the printer, the paper and the supplier, and nothing is marked up through us.
The ones people actually ask.
Tell us where the business is.
We will point you to the package that fits, and say so plainly if it is not the biggest one.
Got it.
We are going to look at your business and your competition before we reply, so the first thing you hear from us is a point of view and not a thank you note.
